Our first culinary suggestion is for a fantastic dessert with yogurt and blackberries. For 6 servings you need:

– 200ml Greek yogurt, fat-free

– 500g blackberries

– 330ml Crème double

– 100g sugar

– the juice of a lemon

– 1 vanilla pod

The first step is to cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a sharp knife. Put it in a large pan with the sugar, lemon juice and 350g of the berries and bring everything to the boil over medium heat. Let the mixture simmer for about 3-4 minutes - the berries should retain their shape - and remove the pan from the heat. Next, take a large bowl and lightly beat the double cream into it. Add the yogurt and a third of the blackberry syrup and stir well. Finally, divide the mixture into dessert glasses and garnish with the remaining syrup and fresh berries. Bon appetite!

For 6 servings you need the following:

– 200ml Crème double

– 1 can of black cherries in Siruo (400g)

– 4 large eggs

– 200g dark chocolate (70%)

– 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- 1 pinch of salt

First, you should melt the chocolate in a steam bath and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, put the cherries with the syrup in a large pan and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens. Next, lightly beat the double cream and separate the egg whites from the yolks. You should add the egg yolks to the cream with the powdered sugar and stir everything with a whisk for a minute. Add a pinch of salt to the egg white and beat it until stiff - with a hand mixer or a clean whisk. Next, add the still liquid chocolate to the double cream and carefully stir in the egg white with a spatula. Finally, divide the mousse into six dessert glasses and garnish with whole cherries and syrup. Complete!

For 4 servings you need:

– Lemon Curd

– 50g hazelnuts

– 8 gingerbread cookies

- Sour cream

- fresh mint

– ripe raspberries

– 2 teaspoons lemon zest

– Vanilla extract

– 1 tsp powdered sugar

– 50g Butter

– Chocolate for grating

First, you should briefly roast the hazelnuts in a pan without fat. Meanwhile, you can use a clean kitchen towel to crumble the ginger cookies. Roughly chop the toasted russets directly in the pan, add the butter and turn off the heat. You should let the nuts fry with the butter until it has completely melted. Next, add 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and the cookie crumbs. Mix well with a spoon and pour the dough evenly into four dessert glasses. Then you should put them in the refrigerator.

The next step is to mix the crème fraîche with the powdered sugar and vanilla. Remove the dessert glasses from the fridge and place a dollop of lemon curd in each. Add 3-4 raspberries on top, then – a layer of crème fraîche and more raspberries. Finally, add some lemon curd to each glass. Garnish the finished dessert with fresh mint leaves and chocolate shavings. We wish you good appetite!
