  • 650g cooked chickpeas

  • 200 g red lentils
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery

  4. Now wash the parsley, chop it into small pieces and mix it into the soup along with the spices.
  5. Finally, wash the spinach and mix it into the soup until it has wilted.

  • 1 can of white beans

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet
